The meetings, who is in them, what they read and what they decide.

GTM Operating Model › Revenue Operations › Operating cadence
Operating cadence
Every meeting reads from the same scorecard, has one owner, and ends in a decision that gets written down. Status updates go in the pre-read, not the room.

ANNUAL
Planning cycle
↗
CRO, CFO, RevOps, sales leaders
the Plan page: segment, capacity, territory, quota, comp
next year's targets, headcount, territories, and comp plans, locked before January
Rules that make it work: one scorecard with one set of definitions, published before the meeting; disputed numbers go to the definitions review, not the business review; every decision logged with date, owner, and what changed; a skipped meeting is rescheduled, not dropped.

Boxes marked ↗ open the page for that part of the model.

How to read this

  • Every meeting reads from the same scorecard, has one owner, and ends in a decision that is written down.
  • Weekly is forecast, pipeline, and the funnel and routing check. Monthly is the business review and the close. Quarterly is the plan check and the definitions review. Annual is the planning cycle.
  • Disputed numbers go to the definitions review, not the business review.
